Well, this just happened. I swear, my brain is like a sieve. I can remember the most locked my keys in the car obscure facts but when it comes to things that actually matter, like remembering my keys, it's as if my memory vanished. Now I'm locked out my own place. It's time for plan B Let me know if you have any brilliant ideas, because right now all I feel is pure agony.

It seems like I'm/My brain is/This is a common occurrence/problem/situation for me. One minute I'm happily/blissfully/confidently going about my day, and the next I've found/realized/stumbled upon that I'm locked out/locked in. I swear, it feels like a bad joke, but somehow I always manage to do this/pull this off/find myself in this mess.
